Beginner Boot Camp!
While all Standard Classes can be for all fitness levels, Beginner classes are a lower intensity than the Standard. If you are new to exercise, recovering from an injury or enjoy a bit of a slower pace, these classes are great for you!
Beginner Classes begin again in July and will be held every Monday & Wednesday evening, 8-9 pm at the Central Flats, Stratford.
*Please note that there is a minimum number of participants required to hold the class, so don't delay in registering!
